NORMAL, ILL. - The Chicago State women's tennis team traveled to in-state foe, Illinois State on Thursday and suffered a 7-0 setback at the Evergreen Racquet Club.
Mackenzie King was the lone Cougar to win any sets on the afternoon at No. 1 singles. She battled Illinois State's Silvia Pomarolli, 6-4 in the first set before dropping the match 6-4, 6-1.
Chicago State is next in action on March 28 when they take on Northern Illinois in DeKalb.Â
