CHICAGO, Ill. - The Chicago State women's soccer team closed the home portion of their 2025 schedule on Thursday night as they battled the Mercyhurst Lakers. It was senior night for the Cougars as they honored four seniors. Saige Thor, Veronika Avila, Jacqueline Kambere, and Teyha Guiden. This class leaves as the most winningest senior class in Chicago State women's soccer history with 13 wins. They close out their careers helping achieve the best season so far in team history. The Cougars came into senior night riding a three game winning streak looking to end the season on a high note. CHICAGO, Ill. - On Sunday afternoon, the Chicago State University women's soccer team broke their program record for wins in a single season. Under first year head coach Kevin Larry and assistant coach Avery Howell, they have led the women's soccer team to a 5-7-5 record with two games to go in the 2025 season.
