2015: Ran a personal-best 8K time of 27:05.6 and placed 43rd at the WAC Championships (10/31)… crossed the finish line at the 6K race of the UIC Home Opener (9/5) at a time of 21:30.5… concluded the NCAA Midwest Regional meet (11/13) with a 10K PR time of 34:35… produced a time of 27:54.9 at the Bradley Intercollegiate (9/11)… received Academic All-WAC and CSU Scholar-Athlete accolades.

2014: Posted a season-best 8K time of 28:16.6 en route to a 48th-place finish at the WAC Championships (11/1)… finished the Greater Louisville Classic (10/4) 8K race with a time of 29:02.2… ran for a time of 36:04.3 at the NCAA Midwest Regional meet (11/14)… named a CSU Scholar-Athlete.

Prep: Captain of cross country and track and field teams at Calumet... helped the CHS cross country team advance to regionals for the first time in decades during his senior season... best 5K time came in senior year (17:17)... named first team all-conference, a semi-state qualifier and won the team’s Most Valuable Athlete award as a senior... named second team all-conference as a junior... posted best 3,200-meter (10:09) and 1,600-meter (4:37) times in senior year in track and field... named to the honor roll and graduated with honors from CHS.
