2015: Finished as the top runner in first season at CSU… notched a season-best 5K time of 21:16.1 at UW Parkside’s Lucian Rosa Invitational (10/10)… finished with a time of 18:45.4 in the 4K race at the UIC Home Opener (9/5)… placed 31st in the three-mile race at the Bradley Intercollegiate (9/11) thanks to a time of 20:10… earned Academic All-WAC honors… named a CSU Scholar-Athlete.

2013-14 (Ashford): Two-year letterwinner at Ashford University, an NAIA school located in Clinton, Iowa… ran for a personal-best 5K time of 21:06 at the Association of Independent Institution (A.I.I.) Championships as a freshman… posted a PR 6K time at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational after crossing the finish line at 28:20… placed 25 th as a sophomore at the A.I.I. Championships with a time of 22:06… made the dean’s list at Ashford from 2013-15.

Prep: Lettered in cross country and track at Jefferson… holds several school record, including the three-mile XC run with a time of 19:37.80… ran for a time of 20:50 at the 2010 IHSA Class 3A St. Charles East Sectional meet.
